Feedback and complaints

Your feedback helps us improve. Whether it's a compliment, a suggestion or a complaint, we want to hear it, and you won't be treated differently for raising a concern.

How to give feedback

You can give feedback in whatever way suits you:

  • Tell your support worker or the director
  • Phone or email us (details at the bottom of this page)
  • Use the enquiry form and choose "Feedback or complaint"

You can have a family member, friend or advocate help you, or speak for you.

What happens next

  • We'll acknowledge your feedback within two business days.
  • We'll talk with you about what happened and what you'd like to see happen.
  • We'll keep you updated and tell you the outcome.
  • We'll keep your information confidential and use it to improve our services.

If you're not satisfied

You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time, whether or not you've raised it with us first. Phone 1800 035 544 or visit ndiscommission.gov.au.

If you need help to make a complaint, a free independent disability advocate can support you. Find one through the Disability Advocacy Finder.
